Job Description:

Join a specialized team as a Care Coordinator Registered Nurse at the Parnassus campus in San Francisco. In this role, you'll focus on coordinating care for patients with heart transplants, including monitoring immunosuppressive therapy, managing prophylactic antibiotics, and watching for signs of organ rejection or infection. The position involves daytime hours, specifically four 10-hour shifts per week, with a schedule from 07:30 to 18:00. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to work closely with cardiac transplant recipients and gain experience managing complex post-operative care in an ambulatory setting. You'll also have the chance to float to other UCSF facilities as needed, expanding your versatility and clinical skills.
