Job Description:

Join our Critical Care Float Pool as an ICU Registered Nurse working weekend night shifts, with the flexibility to float across various intensive care units based on staffing needs and patient acuity. You will provide specialized care in environments such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience different ICU settings, sharpening your skills and adaptability while managing complex critical cases during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and telemetry monitoring, all while working within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Your expertise will help ensure seamless patient care across multiple demanding critical care units while enjoying the challenges of night shift teamwork.
