Job Description:

Join a team of dedicated ICU professionals in a 13-week travel assignment at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. This role places you in the MICU on the main hospital campus, where you will perform advanced procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line placements, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions. Working 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly commitment, you'll experience the unique pace of night duty while enjoying the opportunity to provide attentive, compassionate care to critically ill patients. The unit is equipped with ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and the EV 1000 system, offering exposure to cutting-edge technology. Expect to collaborate with skilled staff, including unit secretaries and occasional nurse externs, and to adapt to floating policies that may require working in other units during staffing needs. This assignment is perfect for RNs holding active licenses, ACLS and BLS certification, with ICU experience and advanced procedural skills. It offers a rewarding environment where your expertise makes a real difference in patient outcomes.
