Job Description:

Join a specialized Labor & Delivery unit in Newark, Delaware, on a 14-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll be supporting patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum care, with a focus on high-acuity obstetric cases such as inductions, cesarean sections, external cephalic versions, and fetal demise management. Your expertise will be essential in managing complex procedures like epidurals, magnesium sulfate administration, Pitocin titration, and insulin drips, all while maintaining a 1:1 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio. The environment is fast-paced yet rewarding, providing opportunities for you to sharpen your skills in a vibrant medical setting. Be prepared to support float areas including antenatal, high risk, OB triage, and postpartum, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
