This critical care RN contract places you right at the heart of fast-paced, high-stakes healthcare. You will be managing patients experiencing severe medical crises such as heart attacks, strokes, traumatic injuries, and respiratory distress. Your days will include assessing patient conditions, implementing advanced care plans, administering medications, and operating life-saving equipment like ventilators and monitors.
