Job Description:
Join our team as a PCU RN on a 13-week night shift assignment in Monroe, North Carolina. This role places you in a 11-bed progressive care environment focusing on patients with conditions like stroke, heart failure, COPD, and post-cardiac catheter care. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing high-quality care to diverse patient diagnoses while managing critical care drips such as insulin and nitroglycerin. The assignment offers an engaging opportunity to sharpen your skills in stroke management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and various tube and drain care, all within a community hospital setting that values resourcefulness and teamwork. Expect to float regionally when needed, with support from a dedicated staff including resource nurses and a comprehensive technology setup utilizing EPIC EMR and Phillips monitors. This contract offers a dynamic experience to develop your expertise in a collaborative environment, with the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
