Job Description:

Join a high-energy ICU team in Nashville for a 13-week contract as a critical care professional. In this role, you'll work 12-hour night shifts in the Burn ICU at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where your expertise with ventilators, specialty beds, and CRRT will be essential. Expect to manage ICU patients with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, collaborate with charge RNs, PCTs, and other team members, and utilize Meditech documentation. This assignment offers the chance to deepen your ICU skills in a setting that values experienced, certified professionals with BLS and ACLS. The unit boasts advanced equipment, a supportive team with notable tenure, and a schedule requiring at least four weekend shifts over a four-week cycle.
