Job Description:

This ICU travel assignment is designed for highly skilled registered nurses ready to step into a fast-paced, tertiary hospital environment. You will be caring for adult and pediatric patients (>15 years old) with a variety of complex diagnoses, including neuro surgery, respiratory failure, ARDS, MODS, sepsis, stroke, cardiogenic shock, renal failure, and more. Your role involves managing ventilators (like Vents, Cpap, BiPap), titrating drips such as vasopressors and paralytics, and collaborating with a team of attendings and residents. As part of this role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, interpret telemetry strips, and participate in a team-oriented setting that encourages questions, critical thinking, and high-quality care. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient safety and teamwork, all while gaining valuable ICU experience in a busy, tertiary hospital.
