Job Description:

Join the dedicated team at a renowned Level I Trauma Center as a PACU Registered Nurse. This 13-week contract features four 10-hour shifts per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with rotating start times. You'll be recovering a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and geriatrics, after complex surgeries such as neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, trauma, and more. The role involves managing patients with artificial airways, invasive monitoring like ICP, transfusions, and vasoactive medications, providing a challenging yet rewarding environment for critical care nurses who excel at fast-paced recovery tasks. This assignment offers a unique chance to hone your skills and make an impact in a high-volume, acute post-op setting.
