Job Description:

This assignment places you in the West 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) & Alternate Level of Care (ALC) Unit, a setting dedicated to caring for elderly patients in a 36-bed unit. You’ll work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including day and night rotations. Expect to contribute to a team that manages complex medical conditions, with a focus on comprehensive patient documentation in EPIC. The role emphasizes adaptability and responsiveness, giving you a chance to experience acute medical-surgical nursing while navigating a dynamic workload. Unique to this contract is the requirement to work at least one holiday and to stay flexible with scheduling to meet the hospital’s needs.
