Job Description:

Join our team as a healthcare professional specializing in wound, ostomy, and continence-focused assessments and care planning. In this role, you'll conduct thorough physical evaluations, develop tailored care plans, and recommend appropriate treatments and medications. You'll work closely with the healthcare team to ensure standards of care are maintained, evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, and assist in staff education programs. Your expertise will also support patient and family education on prevention and management of wound and continence issues.
