Job Description:

Join Kimball Health Services as an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient rehabilitation department, where you'll help patients of all ages regain independence and improve their quality of life. This role involves evaluating patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques and exercises. You may find yourself working with high school athletes, pediatrics, or geriatrics, often in a setting that encourages teamwork and learning. While experience with joint replacements and post-operative splinting is a plus, training is available on-site. Expect to work with a collaborative team including physicians, nursing staff, and families, all dedicated to patient recovery in a friendly, supportive environment.
