Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a hospital setting with a focus on Medical-Surgical nursing. You'll be responsible for collaborating with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adult Medical-Surgical patients. The role involves managing a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on 12-hour rotating shifts, with the flexibility to float across units within the Fargo campus. Expect to utilize equipment such as EMRs, bladder scanners, telemetry monitors, and more. The assignment is ideal for experienced RN travelers who have recent Med Surg background, hold AHA BLS certification, and possess either a compact or North Dakota RN license. This position provides a dynamic environment where your nursing skills directly impact patient outcomes in a busy hospital atmosphere.
