Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a unique opportunity to work during 12-hour night shifts at a facility located in Kearney, Nebraska. As part of this role, you will be floating to Progressive Care Units and the PCU, occasionally to telemetry units if trained. The position involves managing a patient load with a maximum ratio of 1:6 during nights and 1:5 during days, providing an engaging environment where your skills directly impact patient stability. Expect to work 36 hours weekly over a 13-week assignment, with some holiday requirements from May through September and November to January. Certifications like BLS and NIHSS are required to qualify for this role, and flexibility to float first to the PCU is essential.
