Job Description:

Join our team as a CVICU Registered Nurse for a night contract in Madison, WI. In this role, you'll be essential in caring for cardiac patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will utilize your CVICU expertise and knowledge of the NextStage CVVH machine to monitor and support patients through complex procedures. Prior experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery or similar acuity-adaptable areas is preferred, and you must possess a WI RN license, along with AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. Basic Arrhythmia experience is a must, and passing a telemetry test is required before you start. This assignment offers a chance to focus intensely on high-stakes patient needs in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The schedule includes every other weekend and some holidays, but no call, giving you time to explore your surroundings during off hours.
