Job Description:

Join the team at Powers Health Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point, Indiana, where you'll provide specialized physical therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role focuses on adult patients recovering from strokes, traumatic or non-traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spinal cord issues, and neurological disorders like MS and Parkinson’s. The work involves assisting patients through tailored therapy sessions using equipment such as Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G, all while collaborating closely with nursing staff in a 40-bed unit. Expect a structured schedule with 8-hour days on a consistent day shift, experiencing firsthand how a cohesive team helps facilitate patient recovery.
