Job Description:

Join a specialized IMC unit as a registered nurse, focusing on step-down and progressive care. During this 13-week assignment, you'll cover night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing critical support to patients requiring close monitoring. The role involves managing complex cases in a unit with a 1:5/1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, with float coverage in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical units as needed. Candidates must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least an 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms. ACLS and BLS certifications are required, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience is essential. First-time travelers are welcome, and local candidates within 60 miles can be considered at a lower rate. This assignment offers a dynamic environment where your skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation and step-down care will truly shine.
