Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a bustling hospital in Indianapolis. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced surgical setting, specializing in general, ortho, robotics, GYN, thoracic, ENT, oral, urology, Whipple, plastics with free flap procedures, and liver resection. You’ll be circulating through various surgeries, including highly technical cases utilizing the DaVinci XI robot. The schedule features four 10-hour days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the sights and sounds of Indianapolis between shifts. Experience in charge nursing, charge pay, and familiarity with complex surgical equipment are preferred. If you have at least two years of recent OR experience and hold a current BCLS certification, this assignment could be a perfect fit. First-time travelers are welcome, and eligible candidates with IN/Compact licenses or submitted fingerprint applications may qualify for additional benefits. Be prepared for 40-60 hours of call during the contract, contributing to a vital team that keeps surgeries running smoothly.
