Job Description:

Join us as a dedicated healthcare professional on a 12-hour night shift at Tristar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville. This role offers the opportunity to work on the hospital's 3rd Floor, where you'll be involved in procedures such as IV and Foley catheter placements, utilizing advanced equipment like Wound Vac and remote telemetry. Your focus will be on assessing patients, monitoring via virtual sitters and telemetry, and performing hourly rounds to ensure patient comfort and safety. The schedule includes every other weekend, providing a balanced work-week embrace. This assignment is perfect for those who thrive in a setting with a diverse shift of staff, including unit secretaries, tech support, and experienced nurses, all while working with modern technology and innovative procedures.
