Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical team as an RN-OR (Charge) in Rockford, Illinois, where you'll play a vital role in supporting robotic-assisted procedures and neuro surgeries. This assignment emphasizes technical expertise and confidence in managing complex cases, with a focus on maintaining a smooth workflow during 8-hour night shifts from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You'll provide critical support in the operating room, ensuring equipment readiness, assisting surgeons with robotic systems, and managing OR logistics.
