Job Description:

Join a high-energy Labor and Delivery Mother Baby unit in Boise, Idaho, where you'll be part of a team caring for expectant mothers through various stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. This role involves circulating in the OR for C-sections, managing antepartum and postpartum beds, and supporting the high-risk antepartum unit. Expect to work with patients experiencing conditions such as preeclampsia, previa, twins, and diabetes. Familiarity with Pitocin and insulin titration is essential, and you'll be adhering to AWHONN guidelines for staffing ratios. Prepare for a fast-paced environment where your skills in labor, delivery, and OR circulation will make a difference. The unit boasts in-house 24/7 OB laborists, neonatologists, anesthesia providers, and advanced RT equipment, offering you a comprehensive and supportive setting to do your best work.
