Job Description:

Join a prestigious 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, Michigan, as a Registered Nurse on the Medical/Surgical unit. This 13-week travel contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, providing a chance to enjoy the stunning Upper Peninsula surroundings during your downtime. You'll deliver critical bedside care to adult and geriatric patients, managing a patient ratio of approximately 5:1 to 6:1 using telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, and other advanced equipment. Your critical thinking and decisive judgment will be essential as you handle a variety of diagnoses with minimal supervision. Orientation is provided bi-weekly, and a BSN is preferred. This assignment is perfect for nurses ready to make a meaningful impact while experiencing the unique charm of northern Michigan.
