Job Description:

This travel assignment as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse offers a unique opportunity to work in a renowned Short Term Acute Care hospital with a focus on neurological and neuromuscular disorders. You'll be providing care in a Level I trauma and teaching facility, managing patients with conditions like stroke, epilepsy, MS, ALS, GBS, tumors, and infections. Your responsibilities will include administering IV starts, lumbar drains, Foley catheters, G-tubes, and tracheostomies, along with operating specialized equipment such as bladder ultrasound. The shift is 12-hour nights, providing a consistent schedule to focus deeply on patient needs and unit routines. This role is perfect for experienced RNs comfortable with general Med Surg patient populations and looking to broaden their clinical skills in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment.
