Job Description:

Join our team as an Observation MS RN at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN, where you’ll work 12-hour day shifts and make a positive impact on patients experiencing a variety of conditions such as chest pain, abdominal pain, and CVA/TIA. This assignment offers the opportunity to engage in focused, critical assessment, and implement interventions within a 32-bed unit supported by experienced LPNs and CNAs. Your role will involve performing PIV insertions, managing stable drips like heparin and Lasix, and demonstrating strong critical thinking skills in a fast-paced setting. This contract emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and adaptability, with a chance to float within the same campus or briefly across nearby campuses with prior notice. Job Specifics:

Location: Newburgh, IN
Shift: 12-hour days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week and a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours each week. The weekly gross pay is approximately $1,823.
