Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac step-down unit in Wilmington, where you'll be immersed in complex post-operative and acute cardiac care. This role focuses on monitoring patients with conditions such as atrial fibrillation, CHF, and various cardiac surgeries including CABG and TAVR. Your responsibilities will include interpreting dysrhythmias, managing cardiac drips without titration, sheath removal, and handling advanced equipment like arterial lines and epicardial pacing wires. Work from a navy scrub set, and enjoy a shift that combines hands-on procedures with critical patient assessments. This assignment offers the chance to fine-tune your skills in a fast-paced setting while enjoying the unique charm of North Carolina's coast.
