Job Description:

This nursing assignment places you on a busy medical-surgical unit treating a variety of conditions such as COPD exacerbation, renal failure, sepsis, pneumonia, and post-operative recovery. You'll assist with bedside procedures like IV insertions, chest tube care, wound vac management, and central line care, while helping monitor and support general MedSurg patients. The shift involves 12-hour day rotations, offering a steady schedule over a 13-week period. Engage in teamwork with charge nurses, primary nurses, and ancillary staff, all utilizing EPIC electronic charting.
