Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units, where every day offers a new set of challenges and opportunities. This 13-week contract places you in a busy surgery ward that cares for colorectal, general, hepatobiliary, and orthopedic/spine patients. You'll be responsible for IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and utilizing systems like Pyxis, SBAR, and EPIC. With self-scheduling and a shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, you'll experience a blend of structure and flexibility. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience, including some travel if you're new to the game, and a solid skill set in IV placement and telemetry monitoring. Just a heads-up—call-offs or additional RTO requests won't be permitted after booking, and working onsite is mandatory with no remote options. It's a high-tempo environment, but rewarding for those ready to make an impact in surgical patient care.
