Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract working as a registered nurse in a specialized progressive care unit focused on neurological and trauma patients. This role involves managing patients with conditions such as strokes, seizures, spinal injuries, and neurovascular interventions like thrombectomies and TPA administration. You'll be responsible for administering titratable drips such as Heparin, Nitro, and Insulin, and providing care for patients requiring ventilation support with Trachs and vents. The shift is a 12-hour night rotation, requiring quick thinking and adaptability. Experienced nurses will appreciate this opportunity to refine their skills in a fast-paced environment that combines technical expertise with compassionate patient monitoring.
