Job Description:

This contract role is perfect for experienced NICU nurses eager to work in a level 3 neonatal intensive care setting. You will be responsible for managing neonatal emergencies, including ventilator management, oscillators, pressors, and care for micro preemies. Your shift will run from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with three 12-hour nights per week. Expect to care for neonates ranging from 23 weeks gestation to four months old, responding swiftly to critical situations such as respiratory distress, sepsis, and congenital anomalies. Bedside procedures like intubations, IV insertions, and parental education are part of your routine. This assignment offers the chance to hone advanced neonatal skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible difference during some of the most delicate moments for newborns.
