Job Description:

Join our team as a respiratory therapy professional on a 13-week travel contract at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. In this role, you'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing essential respiratory support across multiple ICU and step-down units. Your expertise will be vital in managing BiPAP and ventilator therapies, conducting ABGs, and performing procedures such as extubation and CPT. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a busy, high-volume environment with over 500 beds and a dedicated staff of around 30 respiratory therapists. Be part of a collaborative team that values your knowledge in managing advanced equipment like the EPOC Blood Gases, PB 840, Newport, and V60, all while utilizing the Meditech EMR system.
