Job Description:

This opportunity places you in a role that involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients during 12-hour night shifts. You will be responsible for reviewing patient histories, diagnostics, and lab results, then formulating personalized care plans that consider physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural needs. Your role includes direct patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff.
