Job Description:

Join our team for a rewarding travel healthcare contract at CJW Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA, working on the Acute Inpatient Rehab unit. This role offers a chance to be part of a specialized team providing comprehensive care to patients recovering from significant medical events. As a key team member during 12-hour day shifts, you'll engage in med passes, wound care, trachs, IV management, and the use of equipment like Hoyer lifts and pegs. You'll work alongside experienced staff such as RNs, LPNs, techs, and a secretary, maintaining patient ratios of approximately 5-6:1 with techs and 10-15:1 with nursing staff. This assignment is perfect for those with a background in SNF settings, especially those familiar with med-surgical or telemetry procedures.
