Job Description:

Join a bustling Level 1 Trauma Center in Winston-Salem as a highly skilled RN specializing in emergency care. This fast-paced ED handles over 200 patients daily, including a wide variety of trauma, stroke, STEMI, burn, and overdose cases. As part of this assignment, you'll navigate a dynamic environment marked by ongoing renovations and improved features, such as fixed helicopter pads once completed. Expect to manage complex and critically ill patients in a setting that values rapid decision-making, teamwork, and excellence in emergency nursing. Your role will involve coordinating patient care through the entire spectrum of emergency services, utilizing evidence-based practices and advanced technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
