Job Description:
Join our team for a 13-week contract working night shifts in a reputable PCU setting with 33 licensed beds. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you'll be responsible for managing patients with diagnoses such as stroke, pneumonia, cellulitis, AMS, and COPD. Your expertise in handling trachs, cardiac rhythms, blood products, and central lines will be crucial. The role involves collaborative teamwork with CNAs, resource nurses, and support staff, all within a close-knit environment that values each patient as if they were family. Expect to float across multiple facilities within the region, utilizing your flexibility and comprehensive skills to adapt quickly. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience a variety of patient cases in a professional, yet approachable atmosphere that encourages growth and camaraderie.
