Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a specialized medical surgical unit within a prominent urban hospital. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to adult pre and post-transplant patients, including those recovering from liver, kidney, pancreas, or intestinal transplants. Your nights will be filled with meaningful work during 12-hour shifts, floating to various units as needed to support the hospital’s staffing needs. You'll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, large-scale medical environment, working with a multidisciplinary team that includes care techs, transport staff, and paramedics. The unit’s focus on complex transplant care and telemetry offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in high-acuity patient management while maintaining a professional yet approachable atmosphere.
