Job Description:

Join a bustling MICU as a Registered Nurse working 12-hour day shifts in Everett, Washington. You'll be caring for patients with complex, critical conditions such as respiratory failure, multisystem organ failure, post cardiac events, COVID-19, and more. The role involves performing procedures like bedside line placements, intubation, thoracentesis, and responding to code blue emergencies. This fast-paced environment requires adaptability and efficiency, with a typical ratio of 2:1, which may increase during transfer wait times. Expect to float occasionally to telemetry units if needed. With a guarantee of 60 hours every two weeks, this position offers an engaging opportunity to support critically ill patients in a vibrant hospital setting.
