Job Description:

Join a compassionate critical care team in Lewes, Delaware, where you'll step into a Level III trauma facility with 210 beds and a dedicated 12-bed unit. This contract role is perfect for experienced ICU nurses ready to handle a diverse patient mix—including orthopedic, gynecological, pediatric, vascular, ENT, GI, and post-surgical recovery patients—using advanced systems like RX Station and Epic charting. You'll work 10-hour days across variable shifts, may be floated to different units such as SDS or PAT, and will manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1. The role includes about 4-5 call shifts in every four-week period, involving weekends and holidays. ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required, along with a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, and skills in ventilator management and arterial line insertion will be essential.
