Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel RN assignment working in Med Surg float pool across multiple facilities in the Boise region. You'll be floating within your specialty—Med Surg units in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa—providing essential patient care in a variety of clinical settings. This role offers the opportunity to experience different hospital environments, with a focus on patient stabilization and management of common diagnoses. The work involves titrating insulin drips and troubleshooting RT equipment like vents and BiPaps, with support from unit managers. You will work 12-hour night shifts, and while orientation includes three inpatient shifts, you should be prepared for possible mid-shift floating to cover staffing needs.
