Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 12-week contract in Shiloh, Illinois. This role involves working three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing specialized care in an 18-bed LDRP unit within an acute care hospital. You’ll follow AWHONN staffing guidelines, adjusting for different stages of labor and induction methods, with postpartum ratios of 1:3-4 couples. While this assignment keeps you on night shifts, it offers a unique opportunity to experience the calm and focus that comes with overnight care in a magnet-designated hospital. Expect to be part of a small, dedicated team that values clinical expertise and strives to make a difference during each shift.
