Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment calls for a skilled RN ready to rotate through multiple MedSurg and Telemetry units, including ortho, urology, neurology, GYN, cardiology, and cardio-thoracic specialties. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, including day and evening rotations, with a focus on adapting quickly to different units and managing an array of patient needs. While the work is demanding, expect to navigate telemetry strips independently and oversee titratable IVs such as nitroglycerin, amiodarone, and diltiazem during night shifts. Candidates should have recent acute care experience, including step-down units, and be capable of passing a telemetry reading exam on the first attempt. Prior travel experience and familiarity with Meditech and EPIC are highly valued.
