Job Description:

Join our team as an ECMO Specialist Registered Nurse for an exciting contract opportunity that puts you at the forefront of critical care. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing advanced extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support in both pediatric and adult patients — a high-stakes but rewarding challenge. You'll work closely with ICU RNs and RTs, overseeing device management during bedside cannulation and cannula repositioning, utilizing equipment like the Cardiohelp and Centrimag ECMO consoles. This assignment offers a mix of night shifts in the CVICU and PICU units, giving you the chance to apply your specialty skills across different patient populations. Expect to be integral to patient care plans involving post-cardiac surgery recovery, cardiogenic shock, traumatic injuries, and respiratory failure, all while working in a fast-paced, critically focused environment.
