Job Description:

Join a busy Med-Surg and Orthopedics/Spine unit at Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts, providing a comprehensive experience with a variety of medical and surgical patients, including trauma, post-catheterizations, and spine patients. You'll be part of a skilled team utilizing advanced equipment such as Alaris pumps, remote telemetry, and specialty beds. The role calls for a proactive and organized RN who can quickly adapt to fast-paced scenarios while maintaining excellent patient assessment skills. Expect to handle patient loads with staffing ratios up to 1:5-6 for RNs, working alongside seasoned colleagues committed to delivering quality care in a supportive environment.
