Job Description:

This 16-week contract position places you as a Telemetry Registered Nurse working the night shift in Wilmington, North Carolina. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac conditions, respiratory issues, surgical recoveries, and renal failure. The role involves interpreting dysrhythmias, managing central lines and PICC lines, administering blood products, and overseeing ventilator support such as BiPAP and HFNC. The environment expects quick thinking and skilled use of remote telemetry systems, with the added thrill of occasional float assignments and storm team participation. Prepare to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, providing bedside and remote monitoring care that keeps patients safe and stable through their recovery journey.
