Job Description:

Join the team at UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital as a physical therapist specializing in outpatient intensive rehabilitation services. In this contract role, you'll work on a dedicated 52-bed inpatient unit, providing tailored therapies to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. Your days will involve delivering approximately six hours of treatment to a manageable caseload of 4-5 patients, focusing on helping each individual regain their independence and improve their quality of life. The setting offers a great blend of clinical challenge and professional growth, with a friendly team led by supervisor Caroline Owen. Whether you prefer a Monday to Friday schedule or enjoy some weekend work, this assignment offers flexibility and a chance to make a real difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
