Job Description:

Join a medical/surgical unit focused on post-surgical kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients. In this role, you will provide nursing care to patients with a variety of needs, from those recovering from complex surgeries to those being evaluated for transplants. Your responsibilities will include monitoring physiological data, administering medications and IV therapies, assisting physicians during exams or minor diagnostic procedures, and engaging with patients and families to discuss care plans and procedures. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a specialized transplant care team where your attention to detail and clinical skills make a real difference. While the unit is a mixture of medical-surgical and stepdown patients, your role will adapt based on staffing needs, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment.
