Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team in Lake Havasu City, where you'll work in a blended ICU setting focusing on adult and geriatric patients. This contract offers 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13 weeks. You'll be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, and more, utilizing Baxter pumps and Medhost EHR. CVICU experience is a plus but not required, and your role will include float responsibilities to the ED holding unit for admitted patients. The facility emphasizes teamwork, and adherence to policy regarding callouts is required, with one call-out permitted per contract. This assignment provides the opportunity to experience a community hospital environment with an emphasis on regional trauma care and advanced treatments, all while exploring the scenic outdoor recreational opportunities surrounding Lake Havasu.
