Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a busy Post-OP/Oncology telemetry unit in West Virginia, where you'll be hands-on with general MedSurg patients and some post-operative cases. Expect to care for patients recovering from surgeries such as lap chole and lap appy, as well as managing oncology patients with complications like neutropenic precautions, pneumonia, and infections. Experience with chest tubes, malignant patient discharges with PleurX chest tubes, and chemotherapy administration will make your time here even more rewarding. This role provides a glimpse into complex patient scenarios, all while navigating a unit that values teamwork and skillful monitoring.
