Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in the bustling West Main OR at Boston's renowned medical center, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be engaged in a variety of complex surgical procedures—including neuro, spine, transplant, orthopedics, and robotics—across a facility specializing in Level I Trauma surgeries. Your role involves scrub and circulating duties in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability, technical proficiency, and experience with transplant, trauma, and neuro cases. No call requirements during night shifts, and you'll help ensure smooth operation of surgeries that span from organ procurement to major reconstructive procedures. With diverse cases and a focus on advanced surgical techniques, this assignment offers an enriching experience in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
