Job Description:

This travel assignment involves calibrating your OR expertise in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As an OR RN, you'll be performing a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, GYN, ortho, ENT, GI, and robotics cases, with a focus on maintaining smooth case flow and supporting the surgical team. You will scrub in on diverse cases such as hernia repairs, mastectomies, hysterectomies, and complex robotic surgeries using the DaVinci Xi system. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability, with a smaller, close-knit unit that values strong collaboration. You'll experience the energy of a busy OR, often balancing multiple types of cases, and will need to be comfortable with on-call duties and floating between campuses. The environment is dynamic but offers the reward of working alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive setting that fosters skill growth and teamwork.
