Job Description:

Join the team in a fast-paced observation unit where you'll be instrumental in managing patients with short-term stays, often lasting less than two midnights. This role involves interpreting telemetry, starting IVs, and managing PICC lines, all while providing compassionate care in 12-hour night shifts. You'll collaborate with advanced practice providers and supervising physicians to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality treatment. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a focused setting that values efficiency and clinical expertise, with occasional floating to assist in inpatient med/surg tele units.
